What materials do you use?
Our bags are made using carefully sourced fabrics, including 100% cotton quilting fabric, with quality interfacing for structure and durability. Pieces also feature natural materials such as leather and hemp details.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Standard shipping is R100 nationwide. We offer free shipping on orders of R2000 or more.

Can I return my order?
Because our products are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was received.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and photographs of the damage. We'll work with you to arrange a suitable solution.

Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes. If you purchase a Nix Nax gift card with your order, you can include a personal message which will be handwritten by Nicole and included with your gift. Please find the block to write your message on the product page. This message must be written before checking out.

Yes. Each Nix Nax artwork is an original hand-drawn and hand-painted mandala created by Nicole. Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces.

How do I care for my bag?
We recommend spot cleaning with a soft cloth and mild soap when needed. Avoid soaking leather details and always allow your bag to air dry naturally. A care instruction card is included in your package.
