Each Nix Nax piece is carefully handmade, packed by hand and delivered nationwide within South Africa through Courier Guy.
Delivery Information
- Orders are carefully packed by hand in St Francis Bay.
- Standard delivery is available throughout South Africa.
- Shipping costs R100 and will be added at checkout.
- Enjoy free shipping on orders of R2000 or more.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days after purchase.
- Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.
We work with Courier Guy, a trusted courier partner, to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every Nix Nax piece is handmade and many items are one-of-a-kind, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Returns will only be accepted if:
- Your item arrives damaged.
- You receive the incorrect item.
If either of these situations occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the item where applicable
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
All orders are shipped with tracking. If your parcel appears delayed or cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist in working with the courier to resolve the issue.
